Fun fact - ginger ale (the soda) is a fat-free drink. The same cannot be said for the girl sharing its name.

A rather simple scenario of Ginger having eaten far more than a reasonable amount of food, with most of it going to her breasts and belly. It's not realistic by any stretch of the imagination, but so is about 90% of everything else Ginger gets up to.
