This is Japanese Ashley, who's much sweeter and shyer than her American counterpart. I'll be using the Japanese versions of the Warioware characters, due to localization issues.
Lulu lost a tournament and now must do a favor for Ashley! Happy Halloween!

From the desc. It seems like Japanese Ashley is a kuudere.

That's definitely how she's portrayed. She's still not very expressive, but her dialogue is much more friendly and innocent.
