BIG HELLO! Here's the winner of the Surprise Preg Poll #3, Tsukumo Sana (Hololive)! Special thanks to everyone who joined my Discord server and voted.

In this pic we have a full-sized pregnant Sana streaming her pregnancy progression to the world! Now that's an interesting pregnancy vlog to be sure. As the universe is always expanding faster and faster, so is Sana. Maybe we'll be witnessing the Big Rip on her clothes by the end of her pregnancy. Let's just hope that her planet sized belly doesn't collide with the Earth as it expands, though to be honest the end of the world by beeg tum doesn't sound like a bad way to go.
