With summer so close, Mrs. Grey (Alannah's mum) is out looking for a new bikini for the upcoming pool lounging. The specialty store only has a single fitting room, and she does not react well to being told she has to 'wait', or to 'please calm down'.
And she especially doesn't want to hear something like 'get your hands off me, you old bag!' right as she's going to solve her frustration by removing the source it.
