Being on the road with Rapunzel as she journeys to the Dark Kingdom has been rather rough on Eugene, who hasn't been able to devour the willing Princess much, if at all, during the course of the adventure. As such, it's become very hard for him to sleep most nights due to his hungrily growling, empty stomach--but Rapunzel tries to help him with that.

However, the cannibal's ravenous appetites won't let him forget that he needs to eat human flesh to survive. Dangerously close to starvation, Rapunzel makes sure that he gets the meal that he so desperately needs, despite the protests of some other members of the caravan. She refuses to let the love of her life starve to death, not when she knows she can do something about it.

I have no excuse for this. I am such trash for this shit that this had to turn into two parts. For clarification, this involves the cannibalistic, predatory sharp-toothed version of Eugene that my partner and I have been thinking about in an AU--one where Rapunzel's hair was never cut, and therefore had never lost its healing power.

I'm just a slut for hunger + angst and well this was the result. And there's plenty more angst in part 2, if you're interested in seeing where this goes (and if you'd rather not deal with even MORE angst, this has a pretty nice, fluffy ending~).

I promise everything turns out ok though in the end. I love angst but there needs to be a happy ending or else it just gets way too depressing lol
