Sounds kinda permanent, at least until the drow decides to release her, but I doubt such ideas would cross her mind if it means losing her enhanced bust.

This could actually be a neat story, the drow matroness lures mae into a trap, seduces and devours her, then binds mae's soul into the gem, and mae is forever swinging beside the drow's chest powered by her soul.
