"Flora Beast (Alraune)" is an enemy monster that appears in the "Disgaea" game series.
She is a humanoid monster that appears in this series as a small fry enemy.

She is female in gender, but she is also male and appears to be bisexual. She is not sure of her gender identity, and she herself has stated that she can be either. She is a unique and attractive character playing the role of a healer.

Given the design, most people just settle that its female

Yes, the game system often says that this character is female.
The developers have taken it in reverse and are having fun with her design. Her appearance does not change at all, but she can be male or bisexual, depending on the story.

True, actually one little detail, before they upgraded to HD sprites the original design didn't have the nip covers
