The genie, who identified herself as Illa, patiently awaited for me to make my three wishes. I immediately thought of wishing to absorb her, thus gaining all of her magic, but I feared that would turn me into a genie, which in turn would have meant that I would serve someone else. "There's something else I could try, but... Would that even work? I suppose there's no harm in trying, anyway", I thought.
