Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu are currently in their wards and have not yet recovered from the incidents that make their body weaken with injuries and sprains. Luckily, these three little caretakers will make them more comfortable and treat them with a special remedy for these three unwell patients.

So the three little ones move separately where Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu are still laid down in a coma on their ward giving them a well-fined treatment.

The blue-butterfly little caretaker, Sumi Nakahara sent Tanjiro down to her stomach with a soft, gentle rub to make him calm and relax. As he wakes up, he feels something push through a flexible and slimy wall that he can't describe it. All he knows, he hears a little girl's voice coming from the outside.

While the pink-butterfly, Kiyo Terauchi is not feeling unsettling of her patient going wild at her stomach, and she wants him to control his frustration, but he continues to jolt all over her belly that she feels some indescribable movements that don't stop at all.

Then Naho Takada kept Zenitsu with a gentle and loving embrace of her belly that he is in there. She feels wonderful to have this nonchalant and cowardly guy, he feels unwind of what he felt inside with a close containment filled with slimy oozes dripping everywhere on him.

So the three little caretakers will be going to take care of them for a long period until they often play a little more with them seeing their bellies doing some movements.
