Rachel felt a bit out of place. Although there weren't many people in the lounge with her, she could tell they all were of a noticeably higher social status than she was. Some of them, she recognised. They were models she had seen in the Crudités magazine a few times.

Rachel decided to head to the bar and content herself with simply observing the people around her. Perhaps she'd spy someone that looked approachable enough to chat up. Perhaps she'd be able to make some good connections here. After all, that is what this mixer was for. She sat down at the marble counter and took a look at the available drink options. She must've grimaced a bit when looking at the prices, because she heard someone come up next to her and say "You'd think these people already have enough money so they wouldn't have to overcharge for a simple drink!". The owner of the voice sat down on the chair next to her and set down her purse on her lap. "So," the woman said while shifting in her seat to face Rachel, "what're you having?". Rachel was a bit perplexed at the woman's forwardness.

"Uhm... I'll have a mojito," she said.

"Lovely!" the stranger exclaimed. "Two mojito specials, please. My treat," she said with a wink. Rachel looked the stranger up and down for a few moments: She felt like she'd seen her before. "I'm sorry but, have I seen you before somewhere?" she asked.

"Probably," the woman chuckled. "The name's Ashley!"

"Of course! Now I remember," said Rachel. Ashley had done a special for Crudités and was a very well known creator on NomlyFans. "My name's Rachel. It's nice to meet you."

"Likewise," Ashley responded with a smile. Just then, the bartender set their drinks down in front of them and Rachel realised why these were the mojito "specials". They each came with a tiny. Ashley picked up her drink and raised it to toast. Rachel followed suit and raised her glass as well. They both took a nice sip, causing their respective snacks to frantically try and get away from their lips in the glass. Rachel found this little struggle delightful.

The both of them continued on to discuss the mixer, the people there and much more while they worked through their drinks, taking great care to not let their snacks escape. As they reached the end of their beverages and were about to consume the unfortunate tinies, Ashley prompted, "Let's save this memory, hm?" Rachel nodded in agreement. Not much beats teasing the small ones by making a show out of them... She thought.
