Vanyar is the mobile base for Satomi. The taur's job is to keep the hacker save during their jobs. This time, they had to venture out into the cold so Vanyar has to keep them both warm with a thick vest and blanket around her belly.

Well, Vanyar is well protected, she has subdermal armor implanted in her skin (hardens on impact and is also able to dissipate laser and electricity). There are very few weapons that could penetrate it and hurt her.

After work though, they worry all they want in bed :)
