Don't let his good looks fool you- he's quite unruly and rotten, and narcissistic to a T. So much so, his attitude got him kicked out from up Above.

As punishment for his actions, Leraph was sent to be the Guardian Angel of the Priest. Despite a rocky start to their relationship, they end up falling in love (well, as much 'love' as Leraph can have for a mortal) and end up staying together. The Priest often has to keep Leraph in check, or else he'll cause trouble for all of the other people living in the village.

The gem on Leraph's forehead changes color depending on his mood. By default, it is green, though it may change blue if he's sad or red if he's angry, etc. Angels aren't naturally born with gems in their forehead, so he's a special case. Leraph generally has a dislike for mortals (except for the Priest) and will belittle them at every given opportunity. He has access to divine magic which is quite powerful, and it outranks all other magic users on the island. This technically makes him the strongest when it comes to magic, though Redhead's still got him beat when it comes to brute strength...
