What's this? An unexpected dryad has appeared!
This is a flat colour commission done for Nateadeus of their lovely character Jessica.
I really enjoy making these journal entries, so getting commissioned to make one was a delight.

And yeah, working on art has been going pretty slowly for a bit due to various factors. I still want to push myself so me posting doesn't become too infrequent, but I promise I'm pacing myself!

Curious how you will use "retain the life force of her prey" part in future projects of yours)

I think you might be mixing her up with my character Acantha. This character doesn't belong to me and actually belongs to Nateadeus, who also commissioned this piece.
Although I can understand the mixup, they do look similar to each other, what with being the same species and all.
