Hard to believe that it's been a year since I did a drawing like this, one of the first drawings that I uploaded for all to see. I'm, of course, talking about the original drawing I did on Weiss to celebrate her birthday. You can find it here if you're curious, as well as the digital redraw.

Of course, while I look at them fondly as some of my first works, I do have to take off the bias classes. These were done of course when I was still learning about doing artworks. And while I still have much to learn, I have to say that I have improved upon my skills since then. I mean, I forgot to add Weiss's scar on the redrawn version, how did I forget that?

To celebrate her birthday, I decided to redo that same drawing from back then and add some more to it. And I'm not just talking about the heiress's increased size, although it's a lovely addition to that~ I wanted to do something different with her outfit, and I got inspired to do a design I found while browsing the web. Credit to Eletricgale on Deviantart for the original design.

In any case, I don't have much else to say. I'm just happy I can follow my passion and go strong for a whole year. And hopefully, many more to come.
