Reward for Tito Lounge, featuring their elephant genie Aria with a trunkful Nittoh the zebstrika. Perhaps he worded his wish poorly, or maybe just pissed her off.

First time doing trunk vore, as well as my first time seeing it. At least, in the context of a deliberately vore-y setting; I've definitely seen something like this in cartoons more than once.
