Self-care and being in tune with my body has been on my mind recently. Nothing better to get that tranquility than to enjoy a nice heavy breakfast and take as long as I need to get ready for the day.

Sadly, this morning’s morsel was far too eager to stick around.

Aww self care is important! Though that new trip to either the gym or a clothing store is going to be a pain.
