Out of curiosity, will there be a moment in this game where the characters actually interact with a giantess's uvula? I know there was a uvula grab that was featured in Chapter 4's title screen, but will it eventually be part of gameplay, whether through just a cutscene or perhaps a boss fight?

Most likely at some point. I try to put a lot of stuff related to endo and body exploration in, but also try to make it in service to the plot and seem naturally for story progression, so who knows. I haven't hashed out the full amount of giantess scenes.
