Interesting. Though I have a funny feeling Maleficent isn't gone for good either. And not just because you've mentioned a sequel five or six times

Everyone would be restored beginning with the latest pred, so of course she isn't gone since she was the last pred. She's just locked up in one of the rooms that would eventually be occupied by one of five Spider-Man villains just Ursula is here.
