I present to you Océane Milkoneel, she is a cowgirl from the midwest of the USA. She lives in a world where pred exist and human beings. But this remains rare, 1 in 5000 people are not normal (either demie-animal or pred)

Except for Océane Milkonnel who is the exception she can eat people. And no one suspects that she has her abilities.
