Yes, the pre-sale will last until July 27th, after that date only those who purchased before that date will have the additional content enabled. n.n)7

So what do you do if you bought is when it was first released will it automatically update or do you need to buy it again?

If you have purchased the pre-sale, this will add a new folder to the content of the comic with the exclusive extras, only those who purchased the comic before July 27th will be able to see it.
After that date another publication will be available for sale of the same comic but without the extra content, the pre-sale publication will be disabled for further purchases and only those who bought it on time will be able to access its content.
