By default, amazons are female (the reason being I really like drawing giant women), but since I'm also a big fan of diversity, I would say trans or nonbinary amazons are totally possible. Magic would also probably come in handy for stuff like transitions and any sort of body modifications they might want or need. As far as futa goes, I'm not into it myself, so I likely wouldn't draw that sort of thing.
However, this goes into another topic I've been asked about in the past: if they're all female, how do they reproduce? The answer is parthenogenesis, or virgin births. Amazons can reproduce by creating enough genetic material to make an embryo single-handedly. Although there are also other options that use a sacred landmark called the Prime Tree, which contains the DNA and memories of every amazon to ever live. This tree spreads across the world, so amazons found that they could combine their DNA in a semi-sexual act using a node from the tree as a conduit to produce a child within one of the pair. Furthermore, as amazons and elfin experimented romantically, they found that an elfin could stimulate the womb from within in order to conceive as well. In this way, though the child would be a hybrid, they would have the chance to be either elfin-sized, amazon-sized, or somewhere in between.

This is cool! 3 different ways: Magical genetics, Insemination by a deity, and Elfin!
I assume that Elfin have a normal sexual reproduction? Or are they pollinators, asexual, or something else?

Yes, since elfin can be male or female, they reproduce sexually. Also one more thing of note, the Prime Tree isn't a deity. No one is really sure what it is, but as far as anyone knows, it's been around since the amazon race. It seems to be a living part of the world that channels magic and energy passively.

Yeah, that sounds like a deity of mythology to me! Unknown origin, seems to have lived for eternity or at the very least for as long as the species has existed, and takes part of life in both the species and world as a whole!
If not a deity, then an eldritch being too complicated to understand it's purpose or reason.
