A loud, gurgling growl from her gut and a lack of response from her lover snap Carmen out of the lustful afterglow of her climax, and lead her to briefly believe her worst fear's been realized— but before she can start panicking too much, her would-be willing pudgy padding pipes up to tease her.

Between the images she's putting in her head and the low intermittent grumbling and burbling from her hefty belly, Carmen doesn't feel like risking round 2— not one bit.

With her lingering lust intermingling with annoyance, anger, and anxiety— she decides it's time to force her boyfriend out of her belly while he's still kicking- before her body kicks into high gear and starts the long, messy process of expelling him for her.
