Name: Flower Witch
Age: 10
Biography: As the younger sister of the Plant Witch, the Flower Witch, despite her young age and inexperience, has made it her duty to stop her sister's evil machinations, whatever it takes. To that end she has gone out into the world to study flower and plant magic in hopes of finding a way to save her sister from her madness or, if it comes to it, destroy her.

Magic: Whereas the Plant Witch is a self-proclaimed mistress of all plant life, the Flower Witch focuses her magic mainly on flowers. She is almost always seen carrying a budding Starflower, an incredibly rare plant that is said to bring out a witch's full potential once it blooms. However, for it to bloom, it requires intense and almost constant nurture and care, and once it blooms it will not bloom again for another year. Could this be the key the Flower Witch needs to stop her sister's reign of terror? Only time will tell.

Wickedness Rating: 1
The complete opposite of her older sister, the Flower Witch is as kind and loving a soul as you'll ever see. She has no wish to harm anyone, not even wicked witches, and will only do so if she has no other choice.

Character Notes: Along with the Plant Witch, the Flower Witch makes up the good/evil sister duo. And whereas the Electric Witch, Gem Witch, and other "good" witches are more teenagers or young adults, the Flower Witch is my first "kid" witch (discounting the Candy Witch whose true age is unknown). And yeah, did want to make her a bit awkward with the plain clothes and glasses and freckles. I think it adds more to her character.
