I used to watch tangled the series when it was still around and there are some episodes where Cassandra takes the moon stone and becomes corrupted by it and takes over the kingdom of corona. Well years later an idea came in to my head and i thought what if Cassandra was a dictator, authoritarian fascist and a sex crazed freak and this is what i came up with.
