Another part to my previous post that I felt was worth posting once more. It's pretty self-explanatory, Ciel's stomach abruptly bloats out and bursts from her robe, causing her to release a massive, unladylike belch. Perhaps having an entire person shifting through a sea of half-digested curry caused a chain reaction. Or maybe she actually was insane enough to follow through with her threat, and the gaseous inflation is just the resulting fallout... whatever floats your boat in the end.
