It’s a tale about sisterly envy. The younger one was very helpful and cheerfully naive which, combined with her voluptous and curved body, made her very popular among boys in her school. One of the boys, happened to be the crush of the older sister. When she saw them talking in the hallway, she became green with envy and decided to put her sister in her place. The place she had in mind would keep the younger one away from her dream boy yet, she would still be very, very close…

The full animation (with sound) consist of the shown loop and an ending in which the youger sister gets tucked in nicelly in a butt of the her older sister as she dresses up and drives away in her car. (Presumably to meet with her crush).
