Arranged marriages were par for the course for anyone from a noble family to simply a wealthy merchant one. It's how families "stayed in business" throughout the generations after all. And while some might have balked at not being able to pick a spouse, others just looked forward to the benefits it brought.

Frilla, being a young woman, just cared that it let her get out from her mother's thumb and let her be her own woman.
