I just didn’t make it that cute, but I like what I did with the color. I’ll probably make a remake at some point (not to replace this version, I’d post it separate.)

That would be amazing. It will even be a way to see your growth as an artist as well. I do like the colouring as well, the highlight brings focus to her face, her boobs, and her belly, and not of something of lesser detail like her shoe. (Also helps those colours do strongly contrast the background.)
