The Nakano sisters and Fuutarou have sorted all the candies and other treats for Halloween preparation according to the schedule they have provided. Itsuki Nakano, the youngest sister of the quintuplet is trying not to gobble all the treats for this special occasion.

Since this has caused problems and turning events, Itsuki, wearing a mummy costume is on a sugar rampage and she swallowed up everything that she eats. She didn't know that she swallowed her sisters and Fuutarou by accident, while she continues eating all the rest of the treats until her stomach reach its limit to reach the ceiling. As she gains consciousness of what she has done.

Her sisters and Fuutarou are now inside Itsuki's stomach filled with all the sweets that she swallowed up and she doesn't know what to do. Being the youngest, it can be a problem for them how they will continue with their Halloween party while they don't mind being eaten and doing a party inside of her.
