not really, trifor writes the pages for me little by little, I just intuited it because Vani held inside Kali's belly for a long time (not to mention that Kali used her as a projectile which gave more chance) and on page 20 you can see that Vani was on the spot, she just flew off in another direction when she hit trishi.

I dont mind it. Its a bit of a cop out but there is some build up to her getting out alive so ill allow it. Kali getting eaten by Vani id just a good bit of karma/irony that is just cheffs kiss.
