Penne getting her brains scrambled with an earfucking seemed like some fun nonsense to get. And why not have it implied that the one doing the scrambling is Varani with a dick?

A Granok may have been more thematic despite generally being Exiles like the Aurin because ha ha "rock hard." But I didn't really have a fitting one handy to use.
