As for her backstory, Penelope Desmond or "Candy" as she is known by her employees and friends is a female pimp that loves money and will do anything to get more of it, she was gifted a "curse" choker from a merchant when she was browsing the woman's shop, unable to remove the choker ever she was gifted with special powers some of which include the following, she can produce magic from her finger tips, can heal from injuries faster than the normal human being, can brainwash and mind control people, and bend and warp any ones body to her whim if she so chooses. Unless the person is wearing any form of pure platinum, she is powerless to the metal and is actually rendered weak to the substance hence why she sticks to the flashy color of gold instead, on top of all this her eyes have been permanently colored pink from the curse hence her reason for always wearing her sunglasses as not only are her eyes an odd color, but they are extremely weak to bright lights.

When she is using her powers her hands, eyes, and choker glow a pink tone (think of starfire from teentitans but pink)

After establishing herself in the city with her new powers she soon opened a strip-club (the strip-clubs name is Tenderloins) in the red-light district of her city that also acted as a wayward home for women whom wanted a new life from their mundane jobs and boring lives, she offers them free board and home and is very relaxed on the rules of her club, currently she has seven employees which you will all meet sooner or later~ but for now that is her story.
