Panel 1: You can feel you're near the end. Lola's been asleep for a while. Hearing her sleep was always very reaxing to you. She has a very soothing and cute snore. You used to sleep on her tummy evey night, sometimes cuddle up in her belly button. It's not much different now, it's just that you're inside her belly and not on it. You can tell you're getting very close to the end, you can hear her little farts while she sleeps getting louder. You laugh and think it's cute but you get depressed again when you realize those farts are a part of you getting excreted. You notice how much of your body has been stripped of its nutrients. You find it hard to accept the fact that such a cute little bunny girl is capable of all this destruction. It's getting harder for you to remember your times with her. Your mind is being absorbed by her body and turing into thigh fat. You try to keep the thought of you being one with your best bunny friend until you slowly fade away and die.

Panel 2: Lola wakes up forgetting about what she did until she feels another pressure in her butt. It's not a fart this time though, it's what's left of you waiting to get dumped out.

Panel 3: Lola walks toward the bathroom trying not to cry, until she notices her butt bounces and happens to be more meaty than it was before. Lola realizes all that you've done for her even in death and finally starts shedding tears. "I love you," she says, knowing that you're dead but hoping somehow spiritually you can hear her. She feels so terrible knowing that because of her wrongdoing, you have to endure the rest of eternity being extra fat on her butt and whatever's left of you as her poop.
