Sara Raven (Left) assumed a perfect, calculated position, and without emotion, stretched and relieved all necessary muscles just the perfect amount.

Zoe Evans (Right), overthinking and over-analyzing everything around her, went through a few panicky sets of stretches that left her a little more sore than before!
Oh well, it wasn't all bad. She *did* get that number of that pretty lady in spandex, which she counted as a moral victory.
