Shiki Ryogui pic I got from  Artist-san not too long ago. Little bit of a scenario to go with this one:

She and Mikiya both go out to eat at a restaurant, but that's somehow not enough for Shiki. It's been a while since they've been together, and she's thinking about how she'd like for him to spend the night with her some more... but of course, earnest feelings of this nature aren't something that Shiki usually expresses with the best clarity. So, she bluntly makes her intent clear to him, takes the initiative, and swallows him whole, barely giving Mikiya a choice in that matter and forcing him along for the ride back home. And of course, Mikiya passively accepts his role for the time being, smiling in understanding as her stomach gurgles and shifts all around him. He only wants the best for Shiki and is more than willing to put up with sitting in her stomach if it meant keeping her at ease. With that settled, Shiki walks back home, going through some alleyways to avoid having her giant belly gawked at by the larger crowds. She runs into people regardless, to which she emanates a threatening aura towards, her mystic eyes flashing as she silently warns each person she meets to get out of her way, or else. This is pretty much where the perspective of the image comes from too, as if you're one of those shady characters hanging around as Shiki happens to drop by with a person-shaped gut. I thought it'd be kinda exciting to be given a threatening glare by Shiki, especially if she happens to be sporting a full, fat, bulging belly.
