Alright, I'll explain the joke, may Shakespeare forgive my sins:

It's a double-entendre sentence that both means "I've been stabbed in worst spots" and "I've been fucked in worst areas." Both meanings are pretty much warranted by the present situation :p

Perhaps "shagged in worst places" would work better?
