A pregnant imp walks into your camp and claims the baby is yours, how do you open?

Imps eat pixies. However, most fae are not capable of digestion in the proper biological sense, so they just hold their prey inside them, sucking out and absorbing their magic until they deside to expel them.

Imps are also supposed to have tails so I kind of fucked up here.
