Well, that was an exceptionally slow update. That you all for being so patient with me while that was in development despite the lack of information about the progress. The lizard village was one of the areas I had the least clear image of when starting this project and it ended up taking far longer than I'd expected. Hopefully the next update will not be quite so slow.
The game now goes as far as the Lizard Village in the Patreon version, and goes to the Mouse Temple in the free version.
As always, send me a message here or on FA about any bugs or glitches you find. I'm really bad at responding to messages, but I do read them all and try to get things fixed.

Look, the boulder puzzle IS hard but the REAL problem was those friggin' mantises.
I am going to have to carve out time for this. I lost my old save file, somehow, so I've gotta start from scratch and that's a bit daunting..

If it helps, having a member of the party wear the shadow cloak armor should halve the frequency with which enemies show up… but I’ll admit that I cannot remember where in the game I put the shadow cloak, so that may not be as helpful as I’d hoped. Sorry about that.

I meant more their tendency in the beta version to crash the game. Though I DID enjoy the ridiculous money they gave away when you fought enough of them, though..
Still! Good to know about the Shadow Cloak. I'll keep an eye out!

Ah, that makes sense. And yeah… they are somehow still causing me problems. Definitely going to be cautious about adding any other invisible enemies to the game after that.

A cause for celebration! Thank you immensely for keeping the project alive and steadily expanding and improving through all this time!
A truly humbling and inspiring amount of effort has gone into this!
It is very exciting to enter a new settlement after the ice-and-fire survival trek through the foothills of the Fire Mountain.
And it's doubly exciting knowing the story is approaching its high point, with Pacha's dangerous quarry running out of places to hide.
Thank you for presenting this back-of-the-CD game contents pamphlet, too! It is quite illustrative and entertaining, although it does make thumbnail for the game into something less recognizable -- but that's what the title is for!

Thank you again, both for the encouragement and all the help you’ve given me with this. I’ll agree that the current image isn’t as recognizable, but hopefully it’s better at giving new players an idea of what to expect instead of just directing them to download something that may or may not be of any interest to them.

Hell yeah, been looking forward to this.

Glad to hear it. Hope it lives up to expectations. Also, it might be worth redownloading it if you already have as I've just added a few bug fixes.

Not encountered any trouble so far, unless maybe those wandering golems weren't meant to respawn? Certainly nothing that was obviously an error.

Pacha isn't an absolute monster, this is slander :<

Okay maybe she isn’t always an absolute monster, but she’s usually trying her best to be one.

She just needs a hug <3
