booted up my wii for the first time in a while to play some paper mario 64, but i don't remember this happening????

was fucking around to see what i could do to recreate that "wii virtual console" look, rather than a more proper original hardware look. i can tell y'all the process, but i'm refraining for now since that'd be a huge ass wall of text.

I like how this looks like something that an ambitious Paper Mario modder could actually theoretically make happen in-game by altering the cutscene that plays after beating Tubba.
