I love the detail, but would of liked a few more paragraphs in the stomach,

Thanks for the feedback Mechdragon. I do have some stories that have some of that detail.

For this one, as it was a rewrite and focused on her thoughts at the end, I didn't add it in there. I don't like to do that with every story - I think of it as an extra cherry on top of the desert.
