It was a hot summer night in Teyvat and Aether was wandering the forest. He and Paimon were seperated after a huge fight with some Abyss Mages.

"Ah ~ I'm so hungry. There's nothing to eat. Not even berries." Aether groaned to himself while his boots caused twings to snap as he stepped on them.

His attention was caught when he could see the faint glow of something in the distance. Each step he took closer to the direction made the glow shine brighter.

After a few minutes of walking, he came across someone's camp sight. There was a small fire and nearby was a tent. "Maybe they're willing to share some food with me. "

Aether called out to the tent but there was no answer. So he decided to open it and hopefully find someone inside. "I'm sorry for intruding, I'm just looking for some food," he spoke while unzipping the tent.

Inside of the spacious tent was a sleeping adventurer that he recognized. The adventurer was Bennett, he was known for his extremely bad luck. Even so, he tries his best to be a positive person who likes to travel and try things.

Aether had a gentle smile as he saw Bennett was on his back sleeping soundly. He could see the adventurers chest heaving up and down along with relatively loud snores following.

There was food containers and a half filled bottle of water nearby him. This likely meant that he already ate all his rations for the day. But Aethers stomach growled once again reminding him that he was really hungry.

Sniff Sniff

Aethers nose picked up on a scent that allured him to find it. As he sniffed around, the scent belonged to Bennetts exposed feet sticking out of his think blanket. Bennetts feet were average size for his age and height but his toes were chubby and short.

"He won't mind if I just taste, right?" Aether asked himself a weird question. His mind wasn't in the right way due to his fatigue and hunger. Without even meaning to, Bennetts big toe was now in his mouth.
