The sound effects definitely add to that overwhelming entrapment I'd expect from being gulped down, but you do miss out on that fantastic pov internal stomach detailing.
i know, i knooow. but the stomach being a background pattern and not a singular object makes it difficult to compose, since there isnt really a place to 'spotlight' per se. but i'm sure i'll stumble across a solution as i go
