She is "Kutaka Niwatari". She is a character in the shooting game "Touhou Project" series.
She swallowed a couple of people whole.

I love the nice grey shading you do, it looks nice and appeals to my drawing side with pencil and paper, also love the pfp of iona in the style!

I am currently painting basically only in grayscale due to certain circumstances, but I am still glad to hear your compliments.
