This time, I'm going back to the usual stories! This one is about Max, a genetically enhanced dog, who eats a group of squirrels who subsequently try to escape his digestive tract.

This story is a weird adaptation of two separate things. Max and his backstory are almost a copy-pasted on Max-3000, the dog from Man's Best Friend (here is a video of him eating a cat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSlFOaFQJpU ), but this is not really a fanfiction since I wanted to make my own interpretation of him, and also use my own universe, the world of Fang, as the setting.

The other thing I adapted was the concept of a predator being absolutely mad at a prey for escaping its digestive tract, a trait displayed by Monstro in Pinocchio.

Another fun fact: since all the protagonists of this story are normal animals, I imposed myself a little challenge: write the entire story without using direct dialogues. I think it fits well, although the story feels weirdly short as a result.
