A Victini who only wanted to make friends ending up receiving the blessing of a Jirachi in a rather...strange way.

The Jirachi gave Kenji the means grant wishes much like themselves as notable by the gem he now has on his navel shaped like the iris of Jirachi's third eye. Kenji was a little confused by this as he felt being a wish granter wouldn't really lead to him making friends as much as temporary bonds with usually selfish beings, but Jirachi assured him that as long as he remained true to his wish, this power would lead to many genuine friendships.

Despite being fill with unlimited energy, Kenji needs additional power in order to grant any form of wish which usually comes in the form of food of various kinds. The bigger the wish, the more food he'd need to consume. When the wish is granted, all the food inside his stomach would rapidly digest. However, Kenji soon found out that the wishes weren't actually tied to the amount he's eaten, but rather quite simply how big his belly was. It could be filled with a lot of small food, one big food, or even filled with any liquid substance. His belly would shrink rapidly no matter what his belly was filled with whenever he granted a wish.

Amusingly, the Jirachi never restricted Kenji from fulfilling his own wishes, but that's because they felt that the Victini was a little too good natured to wish for his own selfish desires to come true...most of the time. On the surface and most of the inside, Kenji would only make selfless wishes for others, but who knows what hidden desires this Victini actually has outside of wanting friends.

Wow, I drew my own character for once. What a shocker.

Kenji as a character existed for quite a long time, but only just recently did I give him more sauce and flesh him out.

Also I usually avoid trying to introduce too many characters on this site compared to FA, but this guy is a bit of an exception for reasons that'll be uploaded shortly.
