Mona Megistus. The greatest astrolgist in all of Mondstadt, nay the world! Has the amazing ability to see the fate of the person who stands before. Her powers are truly awe inpiring, so of course she would use it to... see who will win the "Good Hunter Free Dinner Ticket"? I know Mona is not the most well off, but I think this might have been a bit of a abuse of power. I've heard of taking fate into your own hands, but I have never heard of anyone taking fate into their own ass.
