Before the Orca swallow his last prey, the lizard strike him at the back before swallowing him whole :0
Damn the double swallow is the final blow before the lizard send the big boi to his stomach, and waiting for him to be digest and be part of him
Well doing that time, the Orca is punching the lizard stomach and trying to force him to vomit him out, for the lizard he is trying to hold him back and trying hard to flatten his belly
With the Orca became a part of him.
