I'm not completely sure if this'll become a new oc, but this does now make 4/4 water type pokemon preds from me... I don't know where this is coming from, I'm not doing this on purpose. But full oc or not, say hi to Neila the Bloatzel!

A commission I got from Nomaaaaa that turned out very nice! It's really soon after the last one, but their prices are some of the most generous I've seen, I couldn't miss my chance!
