Her name is "Tamamo no Mae".
She is a character in "Fate/Grand Order".
She is one of the heroines and has a fondness for the main character. This costume is the one I wore when I went to the beach with her.

Also i am referring to the small/sealed tamamo, not her big/"mature" unsealed form, just so there is no confusion there.

Yes, small stature Tamamo is a lovely character.
by the way, she can turn into an adult woman. I had completely forgotten about that.

Yeah she can, but i greatly prefer her smaller form and that's the one i would love to see as Pred~ <3
