This card's name becomes "Time Wizard" while it is on the field or in the GY.
If you control a face-up “Red-Eyes” Normal Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) and 1 “Baby Dragon” (from your deck or GY). You can Special Summon 1 “Thousand Dragon” from your Extra Deck, by placing the required materials you control (including this card) on the bottom your deck, also it gains the following effects:
• When this card is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck: You can roll a six-sided die. If you roll a 1: Any damage your opponent would take this turn is dealt to you. Otherwise, all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK/DEF equal to the result x 500, also this card must attack all monster your opponent controls once each. You can only attack with “Thousand Dragon” during the turn you activate this effect.
You can only use each effect of “Red-Eyes Time Lord” once per turn.
